Ingredients

  • 1 libra de pasta de fideo chino
  • 2 tazas de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cebolla amarilla
  • 2 ramitas de cilantro
  • 1 dientes de ajo medianos
  • 1 lata de pure de jitomate mediana sin sazonar.
  • 1/2 taza taza de consome de pollo
  • sal y pimienta negra al gusto.
  • Para decorar :
  • 1 Aguacates de México hass grande
  • 1 taza de crema agria o crema poblana.

Instructions

  1. En un sarten grande previamente calentado agregamos las 2 tazas de aceite de oliva y los dientes de ajo. Luego agregamos la pasta de fideo y doramos por aprox 4 o 5 minutos.
  2. Despues escurrimos la pasta del aceite restante sobre papel toalla.
  3. En una Cacerola ponemos la lata de pure de tomate , la ½ taza de caldo de pollo, el cilantro y aderezamos con sal y pimienta. Luego agregamos los fideos y tapamos a fuego medio por aprox. 10 minutos hasta que se evapore toda el agua y la pasta absorba el caldo de tomate. Se sirve bañado con una cucharada de crema agria y una rodaja de aguacate.
