  • 1/3 taza de aceite de Canola
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de vino blanco
  • 2 cucharadas cucharadas de jugo de limon
  • 1 cucharadas de chalote picado ( 1 chalote pequeño)
  • 1/4 de taza de cilantro picado
  • 1 pizca de semilla de cilantro ( coriander)
  • 1 pizca de comino en polvo
  • 1 paquete de 6 onzas de lechuga mantequilla ( butter lettuce)
  • 1 pepino mediano
  • 1 taza de piña fresca en cubitos
  • 1 taza de Aguacate de México hass en cuadritos
  • ½ taza de hojitas de cilantro frescas enteras

Instructions

  1. Mezclar con un batidor de mano los primeros 7 ingredientes en un bowl mediano.
  2. Combinar en un bowl grande los ingredientes restantes. Agregar el aderezo y revolver bien. Servir la ensalada dividida en 4 platos.
  3. RECOMENDACION: Podemos añadir a la ensalada pollo o carne a la parrilla o cualquier tipo de proteina que le guste a su familia.
