  • 2 huevos duros
  • 1 lata de 7 onzas de atun en agua
  • 1 lata de 7 onzas ( pequeña) de elote o maiz.
  • 2 tortillas harina grandes
  • 1 ramillete de berros ( mustard cress)
  • 1 Aguacate de México hass
  • aderezo:
  • 1 cucharada de yogurt natural
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
  • 1/2 cucharadita de vinagre
  • 1/2 cucharadita de mostaza dijon
  • sal y pimienta al gusto.

Instructions

  1. En un bowl mezclamos el yogurt, el aceite,
  2. el vinagre y la mostaza y revolvemos bien
  3. hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa..
  4. Luego salpimentamos al gusto.
  5. Luego partimos en cuadritos el huevo duro
  6. y lo agregamos a nuestro aderezo.
  7. Luego colamos la lata de atun y la lata
  8. de elore o maiz y lo agregamos a la mezcla.
  9. Rellenar las tortillas con 2 o 3 cucharadas
  10. e nuestra mezcla ,un poco de berro y una rebanada de aguacate.
  11. Luego cerramos las tortillas en forma de
  12. burrito o taco.
