  • 1 paquete de 8 oz de salmón ahumado
  • 1/2 pepino pelado, sin semilla y cortado en cubos
  • 1 Aguacate de México hass cortado en rodajas
  • Relleno
  • 4 cucharada de queso crema suavizado
  • 1 cucharada de cebollino
  • 1 cucharadita de jugo de limón
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Aderezo
  • 1/3 taza de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de champagne
  • 1 cucharadita de semillas de sésamo
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Instructions

  1. En un tazón agregue los ingredientes del relleno y mezcle hasta que todo quede bien incorporado.
  2. En cada pedazo de salmón unte la mezcla de queso agregue lascas de aguacate, los pedazos de pepino y enrolle suavemente manteniendo los ingredientes compactos. Cuando estén todos listos colóquelo en un plato grande, cubra y refrigere por al menos 2 horas.
  3. Para servir con un cuchillo de sierra corte el salmón en rollos. Sírvalos en un plato y rocíe con el aderezo
