En un tazón coloca el tomate, chalotes, cilantro, aguacate, chile. Agrega el limón, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto y revuelve bien. Deja reposar por 15 minutos.
Agrega un poco de la mezcla arriba de cada ostra y sirve.
