  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 cucharada de consomé de pollo en.
  • 16 tortillas de maíz
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

  • 1/2 taza de salsa agria
  • jugo de ½ limón
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

  1. En una olla con agua cocine el pollo con la cebolla, el laurel y el consomé de pollo. Deje cocinar por 15 a 20 minutos.
  2. Cuando esté listo el pollo desmenuce con dos tenedores y reserve.
  3. En una licuadora agregue los ingredientes de la salsa y licue. Agregue más aceite si es necesario.
  4. En cada tortilla ponga un poco del pollo enrolle y pinche con un palillo. En una sartén con aceite caliente fríe las flautas hasta que estén doraditas.
  5. Sirve las flautas con la salsa de aguacate.
