Ingredients

  • 2 chiles poblanos, asados, pelados y sin semillas
  • 1/2 taza de agua
  • 3 cucharadas de vinagre blanco
  • 1 diente de ajo picado
  • 1 cucharadita de orégano fresco picado
  • 3 cucharada de aceite de oliva
  • 1 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/2 cucharadita de pimienta.
  • Guacamole:
  • 2 Aguacates de México maduro
  • 1/4 taza de cebolla blanca finamente picada
  • el jugo de 1 limón
  • 1 cucharada de cilantro
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1/4 taza de tomate picado para decorar

Instructions

  1. En una bolsa de cierre hermético se coloca el agua vinagre, ajo, orégano, aceite, sal y pimienta. Coloca los chiles en esta mezcla y deja reposar en el refrigerador hasta el día siguiente. (un mínimo de 8 horas)
  2. En un tazón primero pisa los aguacates. Agrega la cebolla, moliendo la cebolla con un poco de sal. Luego el aguacate. Al final agregamos el jugo de limón, cebolla, cilantro, aceite, sal y pimienta al gusto.
  3. Escurre los chiles, rellena con el guacamole, decora con el tomate y sirve.
