  • 2 Pepinos medianos pelados y sin semillas
  • 1 libra de camarones medianos precocidos y sin cola
  • 1 lata de palmitos en agua ( colados)
  • 2 Aguacates de México hass grandes en cuadritos
  • 1 taza de cilantro picado
  • 1 cucharadita de oregano deshidratado ( flakes)
  • 1 taza de jugo de limon verde
  • 1/3 taza de aceite de oliva
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa catsup
  • 1 cucharaditas de aceite de ajonjolí
  • sal y pimienta al gusto.

Instructions

  1. En un bowl grande agregamos los pepinos , el aguacate , los camarones partidos por la mitad y los palmitos en cuadritos pequeños.
  2. Luego se mezclan con el jugo de limon, la catsup, el aceite de ojonjolí el aceite de oliva , el oregano, la sal y pimienta al gusto.
  3. Refrigerar por dos horas como minimo antes de servir.
  4. Para decorar se agrega el cilantro picado para decorar y puedes agregar salsa picante opcional.
