Ingredients
- 4 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved & pitted
- 1/2 ea. onion, peeled
- 2 ea. yellow chiles
- 1 ea. tomato, small dice
- 1 ea. garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c. cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/2 ea. lime, juiced
- 1 T. chipotle mustard
- 1 t. red pepper flakes
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. cumin
- 1/2 t. sugar
Instructions
- Preheat grill.
- Brush avocados, onion, and yellow chiles with oil. Place them on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly charred. When cool enough to handle, cut the avocados into a large dice, and the onion and yellow chiles into a small dice.
- In a large bowl, gently toss the avocados with the onions, yellow chiles, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, chipotle mustard, red pepper flakes, salt, cumin, and sugar until well combined.
