- 2 each Avocados From Mexico, pitted, peeled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tarragon, stems removed, finely chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons salt
- In a medium sized bowl, mash avocado dices until smooth. Add lemon juice, tarragon, mayonnaise and salt. Stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate at 40°F degrees.
