Ingredients
- Grilled Salmon Burger
- 6 ea. Burger Buns, Toasted
- 6 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
- 6 ea. Salmon Burgers (See Below)
- 3/4 c. Avocado Mash (See Below)
- Salmon Burgers
- 1 1/4 lb. Salmon Fillets, Skinned, Pin Bones Removed, 1" Diced
- 1/2 c. Green Onion, Minced
- 1/4 c. Cilantro, Minced
- 4 t. Dill, Minced
- 2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
- 1/2 T. Kosher Salt
- 1 t. Black pepper, Ground
- Avocado Mash
- 3/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 4, Mashed
- 2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
- 2 t. Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Grilled Salmon Burger Directions:
- Build each salmon burger with avocado mash in the following order and amounts:
- 1 Each Burger Bun Bottom, Toasted
- 1 Leaf Green Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Each Salmon Burger, Cooked
- 3 Tbsp Avocado Mash
- 1 Each Burger Bun Top, Toasted
- Salmon Burger Directions:
- Place diced salmon in a food processor; gently pulse 4 to 5 times until salmon is minced.
- In a large bowl, add salmon, green onions, cilantro, dill, lime juice, salt and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Form salmon mixture into six 4-oz patties.
- Heat grill to medium-high. Cook salmon burger 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
- Avocado Mash Directions:
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix until well combined. Set aside in an airtight container in the fridge until ready for use.
