Fiery Jerk Mushroom and Avocado Wrap

Fire-grilled portobello mushroom slices are layered with fresh mashed avocado folded with jerk seasoning, grilled mango, a fiery shredded cabbage pepper slaw, and sharp cheddar cheese all wrapped in a 12” flour tortilla and char-grilled.


  • 2 hd. Grilled portabella, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Jerk Guacamole
  • 0.5 c. Grilled mango
  • 0.5 c. Cabbage slaw, shredded, prepared
  • 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 ea. Flour tortilla, 12", grilled
  • Jerk Guacamole:
  • 0.75 c. Avocados From Mexico, stage 4, mashed
  • 0.5 c. Mango, fresh, grilled, 1/4"
  • 2 Tbsp. Jerk paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt


For the wrap:
  1. Grill and slice portabella.
  2. Grill and dice mango
  3. Load wrap with mushroom, mango, slaw, cheddar cheese.
  4. Fold wrap and grill on both sides.
  5. For the guacamole:
  6. In a large bowl, smash avocados with a fork to form a chunky mash.
