- 12 slices Bacon, Cooked
- Bacon Gorgonzola Guacamole
- 1/2 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 4, Mashed
- 1 T. Gorgonzola Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 T. Bacon, Cooked, Chopped
- 1 T. Parsley, Chopped
- 1 t. Green Onion, Minced
- 1 t. Lemon Juice, Fresh
- 1 t. Kosher Salt

- Bacon Gorgonzola Guac Burger Directions:
- Build each Bacon Gorgonzola Burger in the following order and amounts:
- 1 Each Brioche Bun, Bottom, Toasted
- 1 Leaf Green Leaf Lettuce
- 1 Each 3 oz Beef Burger Patty
- 1 Each Sliced Tomato
- 2 Tbsp Bacon Gorgonzola Guacamole
- 2 Slices Bacon
- 1 Each Brioche Bun, Top, Toasted
- Bacon Gorgonzola Guacamole Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients until they are evenly combined.
- Hold in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
