Ingredients

  • Crunchy Southwest Burger
  • 6 ea. Brioche Buns, Toasted
  • 6 Slices Tomato, 1/4" Slices
  • 6 ea. 1/3 lb Beef Patties, Cooked
  • 6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 18 Slices Avocados From Mexico, Stage 3, 1/4" Slices
  • 1 1/2 c. Tortilla Chips, Prepared
  • 3/4 c. Picante Ranch (See Below)
  • Picante Ranch
  • 1/2 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 4, Pureed
  • 2 T. Garlic Powder
  • 2 T. Onion Powder
  • 1 T. White Vinegar
  • 1 T. Green Chili Hot Sauce
  • 2 t. Water

Instructions

    Avocado Picante Ranch Burger Directions:
  1. Build Avocado Picante Ranch Burger in the following order and amounts:
    • 1 Each Brioche Bun, Bottom, Toasted
    • 1 Slice Tomato
    • 1 Each 1/3 lb. Burger Patty
    • 1 Slice Pepper Jack Cheese
    • 3 Each Fresh Avocado Slices
    • 1/4 Cup Crushed Tortilla Chips
    • 2 Tbsp Picante Ranch, Drizzled
    • 1 Each Brioche Bun, Top, Toasted
    Picante Ranch Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients until they are evenly combined.
  2. Hold in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
