- 24 pita breads
- 6 pounds gyro meat, thinly sliced
- 72 tomatoes, half moon slices
- 3 pounds white onion, sliced
- 3 cups Quick-Pickled Avocado, Cucumber and Dill Relish
- 3 cups Avocado Tzatziki
Instructions
- Assemble gyro in the following order: 1 piece of pita bread, 4 ounces gyro meat, 3 tomato slices, 2 tablespoons onion slices, 2 tablespoons quick-pickled avocado, cucumber, and dill relish, 2 tablespoons scoop of Avocado Tzatziki.
- Serve immediately.
