  1. Assemble gyro in the following order: 1 piece of pita bread, 4 ounces gyro meat, 3 tomato slices, 2 tablespoons onion slices, 2 tablespoons quick-pickled avocado, cucumber, and dill relish, 2 tablespoons scoop of Avocado Tzatziki.
  2. Serve immediately.
