  • 2 Aguacates de México Hass medianos
  • 2 tazas de yogurt natural
  • 1 taza de jugo de piña sin azucar
  • 1 sobre de grenetina en polvo
  • 4 cucharadas de azucar

Instructions

  1. Calentar el zumo a fuego medio y cuando empiece a hervir, retirar la olla del fuego y poner la grenetina, removiendo constantemente hasta que esté completamente disuelta.
  2. Lavar el aguacate, pelar y extraer la carne. Poner en liquadora el yogur, la pulpa de aguacate y el azucar.
  3. Batir hasta que quede cremoso y sin grumos. Incorporar la grenetina poco a poco mientras seguimos lucuando.
  4. Humedecer con agua la base de la flanera que vamos a utilizar y vertimos la mezcla de la licuadora .
  5. Refriguerar por 2- 3 horas o hasta que esté cuajado.
  6. Cuando este cuajado, desmoldar con cuidado y Decorar al gusto.
