- 4 ripe Avocados from Mexico halved pitted and peeled
- 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp onion minced
- 1 tsp jalapeño pepper
- tsp ¼salt
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork (or potato masher) to make a slightly chunky mixture.
- Stir in lime juice, onion, jalapeño and salt.
