- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1 ea. lime, juiced
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. sour cream
- 1 t. TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 1 ea. ear of corn, grilled & kernels removed
- 1 ea. tomato, seeded & diced
- 1/2 t. cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in lime juice, olive oil, sour cream, TABASCO®, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
