- 3/4 c. Avocado From Mexico, stage 4, mashed
- 2 T. Pimento peppers, small dice
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Bread & Butter Pickles, minced
- 2 T. Lime Juice
- 1 T. Salt
- 1 T. Cheddar cheese, shredded, for garnish
- Fold together mashed avocado, hatch chilis, shredded cheddar cheese, minced B&B pickles, fresh lime juice, and kosher salt until evenly combined.
- Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
