Avocado University

We have created custom-designed cooking classes to help you and your team build your knowledge of all things avocado. These classes can help you better meet the demand of your patrons and boost your bottom line. These interactive, one- to two-day sessions are taught by Avocados From Mexico chefs, culinary professionals, and instructors, and they include a variety of customized modules. Classes are now in session at our new Culinary Center, located just minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth airport.

1 . When are you scheduling classes?

2 . Who should take the class?

Professionals only. The modules are designed for foodservice culinary professionals (chefs/innovation, marketing, procurement), retailers, and dietitians.

3. How much does it cost?

For our partners, we offer Avocado University at no cost, and you may be eligible for some travel cost assistance. If you are using our space, we have a very reasonable rate card we can share. Please work with your Avocados From Mexico contact.

4. Do I have to come to Dallas?

We encourage the training to happen in our Culinary Center so you can take full advantage of the cooking equipment, interactive portions,and on-site staff, but we can also conduct Avocado University at your location or as a customized virtual session.
