- 1 medium ripe Avocado From Mexico peeled and mashed
- 2 cups pumpkin puree (1-15 oz can)
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 3/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tps black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- Pepita seeds (pumpkin seeds) toasted lightly
- Mix all of the ingredients together well.
- Top with toasted pumpkin seeds to add some crunch.
- Serve with chips or as a side dish with a meal.
