Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Cherry tomatoes, multi-colored, halved
  • 1 T. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 t. Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 t. Kosher salt
  • 1/8 t. Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, pitted and peeled
  • 1 ea. Sourdough boule, slice, thick-cut and toasted
  • 1 ea. Burrata, 2-oz. rounds
  • 1 T. Citrus Basil Avocado Mousse
  • 1 T. Basil chiffonade, fresh

How to make Avocado Burrata Toast

  1. Place cherry tomatoes in a medium bowl and mix with vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. (Marinated tomatoes can hold, refrigerated, for up to 24 hours.)
  2. Slice each avocado into quarters.
  3. Build each toast by assembling in the following order: toasted sourdough, avocado, smashed and spread over toast, drained and marinated cherry tomatoes, burrata, Citrus Basil Avocado Mousse, basil chiffonade.
  4. Serve immediately.
