Avo Lobster Roll Tacos – Boston

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. For the lobster: In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, and tarragon. Stir until well combined. Salt and pepper to taste. Fold in lobster and avocado and gently stir until well combined.
  2. For the tacos: Assemble tacos by evenly distributing the lobster mixture onto tortillas.
