Adding avocado to any spread increases flavor and creaminess! Mixed with dijon mustard and mayonnaise, this spread pairs well with a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich or and everyday turkey and Swiss wrap!
- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 t. salt
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado until smooth.
- Fold in Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, and salt until well combined.
