Avocado Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, cubed
  • 1 c. Apple, chopped
  • 1 c. Blueberries
  • 1 c. Oranges, mandarin
  • 1 c. Pineapple, chunks
  • 1 c. Strawberries, quartered
  • 2 T. Lime juice
  • 1 T. Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey and lime juice and stir until well combined.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine avocado, apples, blueberries, oranges, pineapple, and strawberries.
  3. Drizzle fruit salad with honey and lime juice mixture and toss until well combined.
