- Fajita Avocado Taco
- 6 ea. 6" Flour Tortillas, Warmed
- 3/4 c. Refried Beans, Prepared, Warm
- 12 slices Taco-Seasoned Avocado (See Below)
- 12 oz. Skirt steak, Grilled, 1/4" Slices
- 6 T. Red Bell Pepper, 1/4" Dice
- 1/4 c. Yellow Onion, 1/4" Dice
- 2 T. Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 2 T. Chipotle Hot Sauce, Prepared
- Taco-Seasoned Avocado
- 2 T. Taco Seasoning, Prepared
- 12 Slices Avocados From Mexico, Stage 3, 1/2" Slices
Instructions
- Fajita Avocado Taco Directions:
- Build each Fajita Avocado Taco in the following order and amounts:
- 1 Each Flour Tortilla, Warmed
- 2 Tbsp Refried Beans
- 2 Each Taco-Seasoned Avocado
- 2 oz Sliced Steak
- 1 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper, 1/4" Dice
- 2 Tsp Yellow Onion, 1/4" Dice
- 1/2 Tsp Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Chipotle Hot Sauce
- Taco-Seasoned Avocado Directions:
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the avocado wedges in the taco seasoning until each wedge is evenly coated.
- Hold in an airtight container in the refrigerator with parchment between the layers until ready to use.
