Avocado Tarragon Steak Sauce



  • 2 each Avocados From Mexico, pitted, peeled
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tarragon, stems removed, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons salt


  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash avocado dices until smooth. Add lemon juice, tarragon, mayonnaise and salt. Stir until combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at 40°F degrees.
