Steakhouse Tacos


  • 1/4 Cup master avocado mash
  • 2 TBSP. roasted garlic
  • 2 each flour tortilla, warmed
  • 8 oz. ribeye steak, grilled, thin sliced
  • 2 TBSP. pickled red onions
  • 3 TBSP. blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 Cup crispy onions
  • 2 each cilantro, picked


  1. Grill ribeye steak until reaching desired doneness.
  2. In a mixing bowl, fold roasted garlic into avocado mash mix to prepare roasted garlic avocado smash.
  3. Slice steak into thin strips and place 4oz of steak on each tortilla
  4. Top steak with roasted garlic avocado smash, pickled red onions, blue cheese crumbles, and crispy onions.
  5. Garnish with cilantro (optional)
