Smokehouse Guacamole and Turkey Club

A toasted pretzel bun spread with a tangy tomato jam is layered with smoky hand-carved turkey breast, provolone cheese, crispy onion strings, and a steakhouse guacamole folded grilled onion and horseradish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ea. Pretzel bun
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato jam
  • 3 oz. Carved turkey breast
  • 2 Slices Provolone cheese, sliced
  • 0.25 c. Crispy onions
  • 0.25 c. Steak House Guacamole
  • Steak House Guacamole:
  • 1.5 c. Avocados From Mexico, stage 4, peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1.5 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, picked and chopped finely
  • 2 Tbsp. Roasted garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. White onion, charred and diced
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper, ground
  • 1.5 tsp. Steak seasoning, montreal
  • 2 tsp. Horseradish, prepared
  • 0.5 tsp. Kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

For the sandwich:
  1. Toast bun.
  2. Spread tomato jam on bottom bun, top with turkey, provolone, crispy onions, and steak house guacamole.
For the guacamole:
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, parsley, garlic, red onion, black pepper, roasted red pepper and steak seasoning. Fold until well combined
