Fajita Avocado Taco

Ingredients

  • 2 each master avocado schmear
  • 2 TBSP. flour tortilla, warmed
  • 8 oz. fajita steak slices, cooked
  • 1/4 Cup bell peppers, thin slices, cooked
  • 4 TBSP. pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 TSP. Chipotle sauce

Instructions

  1. Grill steaks until reaching desired temperature.
  2. Spread 2 Tbsp. of avocado smear on each warm tortilla.
  3. Slice steak into thin slices and cube.
  4. Place 4 oz. of steak between the two tortillas.
  5. Top steak with onion and pepper mix, pepper jack cheese and chipotle sauce.
