1 T. Orange Juice, Fresh
2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
1 T. Serrano Chili, Seeded, Minced
1/2 c. Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
2 T. Garlic, Minced
1 t. Kosher Salt
Avo-Cubano With Mojo Avo-Aioli Directions:
Build each sandwich in the following order and amounts.
1 Each Telera Roll, Bottom, Toasted
2 Tbsp Avo Mojo Sauce
3 ozDeli Sliced Ham
1 Slice Swiss Cheese
3 oz Crispy Carnitas
2 Tbsp Bread and Butter Pickles
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Each Telera Roll, Top Toasted
Avo-Mojo Sauce Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
