- 6 ea. Telera Rolls, Toasted
- 3/4 c. Avo-Mojo Sauce (See Below)
- 18 oz. Deli Sliced Ham
- 6 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 18 oz. Carnitas, Prepared, Seared until Crispy
- 3/4 c. Bread and Butter Pickles, Prepared, 1/4" Dice
- 1/2 c. Dijon Mustard
- Avo-Mojo Sauce
- 1 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 4, Pureed
- 1 t. Orange Zest
- 1 T. Orange Juice, Fresh
- 2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
- 1 T. Serrano Chili, Seeded, Minced
- 1/2 c. Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 2 T. Garlic, Minced
- 1 t. Kosher Salt
Instructions
- Avo-Cubano With Mojo Avo-Aioli Directions:
- Build each sandwich in the following order and amounts.
- 1 Each Telera Roll, Bottom, Toasted
- 2 Tbsp Avo Mojo Sauce
- 3 ozDeli Sliced Ham
- 1 Slice Swiss Cheese
- 3 oz Crispy Carnitas
- 2 Tbsp Bread and Butter Pickles
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Each Telera Roll, Top Toasted
- Avo-Mojo Sauce Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
