5-Alarm Burgers


  • 5-Alarm Burger
  • 6 ea. Brioche Buns, Toasted
  • 3/4 c. Cayenne Avocado Mayonnaise (See Below)
  • 6 ea. 3 oz Beef Burger Patty
  • 6 slices Jalapeño Pepper-Jack Cheese
  • 6 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 3/4 c. Yellow Onion, 1/4" Slices
  • 6 ea. Tomato, 1/4" Slices
  • Cayenne Avocado Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Avocados From Mexico, Stage 4, Pureed
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 T. Lime Juice, Fresh
  • 1 t. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper


    5-Alarm Burger Directions:
  1. Build each 5-Alarm Burger in the following order and amounts:
    • 1 Each Brioche Bun, Bottom, Toasted
    • 2 Tbsp Cayenne Avocado Mayonnaise
    • 1 Each 3 oz beef Patty, Cooked
    • 1 Slice Jalapeño Pepper-Jack Cheese
    • 1 Leaf Green Leaf Lettuce
    • 2 Tbsp Sliced Yellow Onion
    • 1 Slice Tomato
    • 1 Each Brioche Bun, Top, Toasted
    Cayenne Avocado Mayonnaise Directions:
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients until they are evenly combined.
  2. Hold in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
