Yucatán Guacmole


  • 1.5 c. Avocados From Mexico, diced
  • 2 T. Red Onions, diced
  • 2 T. Habaneros, minced
  • 1 T. Salt
  • 1/4 c. White Vinegar
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/4 c. Grapefruit, juiced
  • 1/2 c. Orange, juiced


  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine red onion, habanero, vinegar, and citrus juice
  2. Add in diced avocados, then marinated overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. After marination, strain liquid, then mashed avocados.
