- 1.5 c. Avocados From Mexico, diced
- 2 T. Red Onions, diced
- 2 T. Habaneros, minced
- 1 T. Salt
- 1/4 c. White Vinegar
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1/4 c. Grapefruit, juiced
- 1/2 c. Orange, juiced
- In a small mixing bowl, combine red onion, habanero, vinegar, and citrus juice
- Add in diced avocados, then marinated overnight in the refrigerator.
- After marination, strain liquid, then mashed avocados.
