Loaded Hash Brown Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup master guacamole
  • 1/4 Cup bacon, cooked, small diced
  • 3 TBSP. breakfast sausage, cooked, small diced
  • 1/4 Cup pico de gallo, prepared
  • 3 TBSP. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 TBSP. hash browns, shredded
  • 1 TBSP. cilantro, rough chopped
  • tortilla chips, served on the side

Instructions

  1. Fry potato hashbrowns in deep fryer at 350° F until golden brown. Set aside...
  2. Garnish guacamole with, cheddar, sausage, pico de gallo, and potato hash browns.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips and lime wedge.
