The Buffalo Guacamole


  • 4 each Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh
  • 4 Tbsp. White onion, diced small
  • 2 Roma tomato, diced small
  • 3 Tbsp Jalapeños, diced fine
  • 4 ounces Frank’s Original Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 4 ounces Bleu cheese crumbled
  • 4 Tbsp Celery stalks, diced small


  1. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt.
  2. Fold in onions, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Place guacamole into a serving dish.
