Bloody Mary Avo Breakfast Sandwich


  • 12 EA English muffins, split and toasted
  • 3 oz mayonnaise
  • 3/4 lbs flat iron steak thinly sliced, 1 oz per sandwich
  • 12 EA each whole eggs scrambled, 1 egg per sandwich
  • 12 EA cheddar cheese sliced, sharp or mild flavor
  • Bloody Mary Avocado Salsa
  • 6 oz cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 2 oz european cucumbers medium diced
  • 2 oz celery medium diced
  • 1 1/2 oz radishes small diced
  • 1 1/2 oz white onion small diced
  • 1 EA jalapeño, fine diced
  • 1 1/2 oz Avocados From Mexico, medium diced
  • 1 T lime juice, fresh
  • 1 t horseradish, grated
  • 4 oz bloody mary mix
  • To taste Kosher Salt


  1. Layer sandwich as follows: English muffin bottom, mayonnaise, steak, eggs, cheddar, avocado salsa, and English muffin top.
Bloody Mary Avocado Salsa:
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined. Check for seasoning. You may add kosher salt to taste
