Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into 6 glasses and top each glass with 1/4 cup of Avocado Whipped Cream. Serve immediately.
Avocado Whipped Cream:
Add heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar to bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Whisk on high until stiff peaks have formed.
Gently fold avocado puree into whipped cream. Store refrigerated, use within 2-3 hours.
