Ingredients
- 3 c. Avocados from Mexico
- 6 c. Dark chocolate ice cream
- 7 1/2 c. Milk, whole
- 1 1/2 t. Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 c. Sugar, granulated
- 1/2 t. Kosher salt
- 3 c. Avocado Whipped Cream
- Avocado Whipped Cream
- 2 c. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 t. Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 c. Avocados from Mexico, stage 4, pureed
Instructions
- Chocolate Avocado Batido
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 6 glasses and top each glass with 1/4 cup of Avocado Whipped Cream. Serve immediately.
- Avocado Whipped Cream:
- Add heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar to bowl of stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment. Whisk on high until stiff peaks have formed.
- Gently fold avocado puree into whipped cream. Store refrigerated, use within 2-3 hours.
