Place avocado quarters, cut side down on a hot grill, and grill cross hatch marks into both cut sides of each avocado quarter.
Place avocado wedges, grilled side up, on a serving plate. Top with tomatoes, bacon, Roquefort, and scallions, then drizzle balsamic vinegar over all. Serve immediately.
