- Avocado Tuna Poke
- 1 lb Ahi Tuna, small diced
- 1/4 c Jalapeño, finely diced
- 1/4 c English cucumber, finely diced
- 1 c Scallion, finely sliced
- 1 c Avocados From Mexico, small diced
- 1/2 c Pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 c Sesame oil
- 1/4 c Red onion, small diced
- 1/2 c Wasabi Aioli
- 1/2 c Sriracha Aioli
- 4 tsp Sesame seeds, black and white
- 1/4 c Scallion ribbons
- Avocado Wasabi Aioli
- 1/2 c Avocados From Mexico, puréed
- 1/4 c Heavy mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Wasabi paste
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Lime zest
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1/8 tsp Kosher salt
- Sriracha Aioli
- 1/2 c Heavy mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- Avocado Wasabi Aioli
- Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.

- Avocado Tuna Poke
- Combine tuna, jalapeño, cucumber, sliced scallion, avocado, pine nuts, sesame oil and onion in a small mixing bowl, gently folding ingredients together using a rubber spatula.
- Portion poke mixture onto 4 12-inch rectangular plates.
- Place 2 tablespoons each Avocado Wasabi Aioli and Sriracha Aioli on opposite corners of plate.
- Garnish with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon scallion ribbons to serve.
