Ingredients: 1 lb Ahi Tuna, small diced; 1/4 c Jalapeño, finely diced; 1/4 c English cucumber, finely diced; 1 c Scallion, finely sliced; 1 c Avocados From Mexico, small diced; 1/2 c Pine nuts, toasted; 1/4 c Sesame oil; 1/4 c Red onion, small diced; 1/2 c Wasabi Aioli; 1/2 c Sriracha Aioli; 4 tsp Sesame seeds, black and white; 1/4 c Scallion ribbons; 1/2 c Avocados From Mexico, puréed; 1/4 c Heavy mayonnaise; 1 1/2 tsp Wasabi paste; 1/2 tsp Soy sauce; 1 1/2 tsp Lime juice; 1/2 tsp Lime zest; 1/2 tsp Sesame oil; 1/2 tsp Rice vinegar; 1/8 tsp Kosher salt; 1/2 c Heavy mayonnaise; 2 Tbsp Sriracha; 1 Tbsp Lemon juice; 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

1 lb Ahi Tuna, small diced

1/4 c Jalapeño, finely diced

1/4 c English cucumber, finely diced

1 c Scallion, finely sliced

1 c Avocados From Mexico, small diced

1/2 c Pine nuts, toasted

1/4 c Sesame oil

1/4 c Red onion, small diced

1/2 c Wasabi Aioli

1/2 c Sriracha Aioli

4 tsp Sesame seeds, black and white

1/4 c Scallion ribbons

1/2 c Avocados From Mexico, puréed

1/4 c Heavy mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp Wasabi paste

1/2 tsp Soy sauce

1 1/2 tsp Lime juice

1/2 tsp Lime zest

1/2 tsp Sesame oil

1/2 tsp Rice vinegar

1/8 tsp Kosher salt

Sriracha Aioli

1/2 c Heavy mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Sriracha

1 Tbsp Lemon juice

1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Avocado Wasabi Aioli

Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Sriracha Aioli

Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Avocado Tuna Poke

Combine tuna, jalapeño, cucumber, sliced scallion, avocado, pine nuts, sesame oil and onion in a small mixing bowl, gently folding ingredients together using a rubber spatula.

Portion poke mixture onto 4 12-inch rectangular plates.

Place 2 tablespoons each Avocado Wasabi Aioli and Sriracha Aioli on opposite corners of plate.

Garnish with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon scallion ribbons to serve.
