Using a food processor, blend milk and avocado until smooth.
Mix avocado/milk purée with Bisquick and corn until a dough forms.
Scoop individual dumplings (use 1/2 oz disher) into 350° fryer, working in batches and frying until golden-brown.
Serve 7 to a plate with a side of avocado remoulade.
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a semi-chunky consistency is formed.
Place avocado remoulade into a container. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
