Ingredients

  • 4 ea. slices of bread, toasted
  • 1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
  • 2.5 oz. smoked salmon
  • 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 ea. lemon, juiced
  • 1 T. dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of toast.
  2. Layer 3-4 sliced of avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with dill.
