Add to your avocado toast by topping with cream cheese, dill and smoked salmon! A twist on bagels and lox or just a creative lunch or snack for your day!
- 4 ea. slices of bread, toasted
- 1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
- 2.5 oz. smoked salmon
- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 ea. lemon, juiced
- 1 T. dill, finely chopped
- Spread cream cheese on each slice of toast.
- Layer 3-4 sliced of avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Top with smoked salmon and garnish with dill.
