- 1 Avocado From Mexico
- Whole wheat toast
- Aioli sauce (made with garlic and olive oil)
- York ham (low sodium), thinly sliced
- On each piece of toast smear some aioli sauce, then place it over a slice of ham and a slice of avocado.
