Add a creamy texture to your next margarita with avocado! With a citrus flare of orange and lemon juice, agave nectar, orange liqueur and tequila, this is the perfect drink for a patio dinner or day at the pool!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 ea. Avocados From Mexico
  • 1/2 c. ice
  • 5 oz. tequila
  • 2 oz. orange liqueur
  • 5 T. orange juice
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 T. agave nectar
  • Jalapeño, minced to taste
  • Lime, thinly sliced to garnish
  • Salt for the rim to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients except lemon slices. Blend until it is well mixed.
  2. To serve, pour all the contents from the blender into the margarita glass. If desired, garnish with jalapeño, lime slices, and salt on the rim.
