THE TOWN

Paradise is your typical, delicious avo toast made even better. Load it up with brie, prosciutto, apples, and walnuts, and you won't be able to help but smile when you look upon this creation - for it is GOOD.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, pitted and peeled
  • 1 T. Lime juice
  • ¼ t. Kosher salt
  • 1 ea. Sourdough bread, sliced and toasted
  • ½ c. Baby arugula
  • ¼ c. Honey Crisp apple, diced
  • 4 ea. Brie cheese, sliced and prepared
  • 3 ea. Prosciutto pork, pre-sliced and rolled
  • 1 T. Apple cider vinaigrette, prepared
  • 5 ea. Caramelized walnuts, prepared
  • ¼ t. Maldon garnishing salt
  • 1/8 t. Cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Remove the stem from the avocado and cut the avocado in half from top to bottom. Then twist one half of the avocado to pull the two halves apart and remove pit from avocado. Scoop out the pulp from the avocado and place into a large bowl.
  • 2. In a large bowl, gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt.
  • 3. Place sourdough toast onto a clean worksurface.
  • 4. Spread the avocado mash across the entire slice of toast.
  • 5. Garnish avocado toast with arugula, apples, Brie cheese, and prosciutto.
  • 6. Drizzle avocado toast with Honey Crisp apple vinaigrette.
  • 7. Finish with caramelized walnuts, Maldon salt and cracked pepper. Serve as needed.
