Garden of Goodness - FLOOR 3


Guacamole with honey crisp apples, spicy serranos, and cotija cheese? Nothing evil, just something good made even better! No need to tempt us - we're in.


  • 4 ea. Avocados From Mexico, pitted and peel
  • 2 T. Lime juice
  • ½ t. Salt
  • ½ c. Honey Crisp Apple, diced
  • 2 T. White Onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ c. Jalapeño pepper, diced
  • 1 T. Serrano Pepper, diced
  • 2 T. Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 T. Cotija Cheese, crumbled
  • 5 ea. Honey Crisp Apple, sliced wedges


  • 1. Remove the stem from the avocado and cut the avocado in half from top to bottom. Then twist one half of the avocado to pull the two halves apart and remove pit from avocado. Scoop out the pulp from the avocado and place into a large bowl.
  • 2. In a large bowl, gently mash the avocado with lime juice and salt
  • 3. Gently fold in apples, onions, jalapeño, serrano peppers, and cilantro.
  • 4. Transfer the guacamole to a clean serving dish and garnish the guacamole with Cotija cheese. Serve as needed with fresh sliced Honey Crisp apples.
