Avo Rita

Avocado and agave come together in harmony to create liquid gold. Whether you choose to add booze or go without, this Avo Rita will complement any avo recipe. So raise your Hass, and say “Cheers!”

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. ice, crushed
1 T. Avocados From Mexico, pureed
1 1/2 oz. volume tequila blanco
1/2 oz. volume melon liquor, prepared
1/2 oz. volume triple sec, prepared
3 T. lime juice, fresh
1/2 oz. volume agave nectar, prepared
1 T. hibiscus salt, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place ice, avocado puree, tequila, melon liquor, triple sec, 2 T. of lime juice, and agave into a shaker.
2. Shake until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.
3. Dip serving glass into 1 T. of lime juice and rim glass with hibiscus salt.
4. Pour contents of shaker into glass.
