Chilaquiles
The fried egg is the MVP (most valuable protein) atop Fuego Takis® piled high with red onion, radish, queso fresco, and that always good guacamole. Squeeze fresh lime for a hit of added flavor.
INGREDIENTS
For the Fuego Chilaquiles:
2 1/2 c. Takis® Fuego Rolled Chips
3/4 c. Green Chili Sauce, prepared
2 Tbsp. Queso fresco, crumbled
1 Tbsp. Red onion, sliced thin
5 ea. Radish, fresh, sliced thin
1 tsp. Cilantro, fresh, rough chopped
1 ea. Egg, whole, fried, sunny side-up
1/4 c. Avocados From Mexico, diced small
2 ea. Lime, fresh, wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Fuego Chilaquiles:
Place fuego flavored Takis® into a serving skillet.
Top with green chili sauce.
Place queso fresco, red onion, sliced radish, and cilantro around entire skillet.
Place sunny side-up egg onto the center of the skillet.
Place a scoop of guacamole onto the side of the skillet next to the sunny side-up egg.
Garnish with fresh lime wedge.
Serve as needed.
