INGREDIENTS
For the Walking Guac Bowl:
2 c. Takis® Fuego Rolled chips, prepared
1/2 c. Cheese sauce, prepared
1/3 c. Lettuce, shredded thin
2 Tbsp. Roma tomato, diced small
2 Tbsp. Black beans, prepared
1/2 c. Pork carnitas, prepared, cooked
2 Tbsp. Avocado Salsa Verde
2 Tbsp. Mexican crema, prepared
1/4 c. Traditional Guacamole
For the Avocado Salsa Verde:
1 ea. Avocados From Mexico, stage 4, mashed
18 oz. Salsa Verde, prepared
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Avocado Salsa Verde:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until needed.
For the Walking Guac Bowl
Place Takis® Fuego chips into a serving bowl.
Top with cheese sauce, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and black beans.
Place pork carnitas into the center of the bowl.
With a squirt bottle drizzle avocado salsa verde and crema over the top.
Serve as needed.
