Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp H-E-B® Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Diced White Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ cup H-E-B® Frozen Super Sweet Corn, thawed, fire-roasted
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B® Queso Cotija, crumbled
  • ¼ tsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp H-E-B® Cayenne Pepper Seasoning
For Garnish:
  • 1 tbsp Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Mi Tienda Mexican Style Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 2 cups H-E-B® Lokitos Hijole Rolled Tortilla Chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place frozen corn on sheet pan and roast 5-10 minutes.
  3. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt, and fold in onions, jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle hot sauce and Mexican crema, and top with roasted corn and Cotija cheese. Then sprinkle chili and cayenne powder.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime slices and crushed Lokito and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Hill Country Fare Ranch Dip Mix
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Coarse Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup H-E-B® Thick Cut Original Bacon, chopped, fried
  • 2 tsp H-E-B® Fresh Single Serve Whole Peeled Garlic, chopped, roasted
  • 1/8 tsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp H-E-B® Smoked Paprika
For Garnish:
  • ¼ cup H-E-B® Thick Cut Original Bacon, chopped, fried
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Single Serve Whole Peeled Garlic, roasted, thinly sliced
For Pairing:
  • 4 oz H-E-B® Lime Corn Tortilla Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice, ranch mix and salt, and fold in bacon and roasted garlic.
  2. Sprinkle chili powder and smoked paprika and garnish with bacon, blue cheese, roasted garlic and two chili limon tortilla chips.
  3. Serve with fresh lime corn tortilla chips.

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 ½ tsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Taco Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Hill Country Fare Green Chile Mild Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Diced White Onions
  • 1 ¼ tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup H-E-B® Canned Black Beans, drained
  • 1 ½ tbsp Hill Country Fare Diced Mild Green Chiles
  • 1 ½ tbsp fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Mild Shredded Cheese
For Garnish:
  • 1 tbsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Regular Sour Cream
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Taco Seasoning Mix
  • ½ tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, diced
For Pairing:
  • 4 oz H-E-B® Bakery Sea Salt Tortilla Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice, taco seasoning and salt.
  2. Mix in enchilada sauce and fold in onions, jalapeño peppers and cilantro.
  3. Fold in black beans, green chilies, diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Top with sour cream, sprinkle with taco seasoning and garnish with jalapeños and green onions. Serve with sea salt tortilla chips.

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Tajin® Clasico Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Diced White Onions
  • 1 red serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1 ½ tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Single-Serve Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp I Love Chamoy Original Chamoy Sauce
For Garnish:
  • ¼ cup I Love Chamoy Original Chamoy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Tajin® Clasico Seasoning
  • ½ cup H-E-B® Sweet Select Tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 3 slices H-E-B® Select Ingredients Mild Cheddar Cheese, star cut
  • 3 slices H-E-B® Organics Pepper Jack Cheese, star cut
For Pairing:
  • 4 oz H-E-B® Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice, Tajin® seasoning, Chamoy and salt, and fold in in onions, jalapeños and cilantro.
  2. Dip serving bowl edge in Chamoy and then Tajin® seasoning.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes and different size, star-cut cheeses.
  4. Add sliced peppers for garnish and serve with blue corn tortilla chips.

  • 1 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Fish Market Coastal Blend Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Fine Crystals Mediterranean Sea Salt
  • ¼ tsp Mishima Aji Nori Komi Furikake roasted sesame & seaweed
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley sprigs, chopped
For Garnish:
  • ¼ cup jumbo lump blue crab, fresh
  • 6 serrano peppers, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 2 fresh parsley sprigs, picked
  • 3 H-E-B® Fresh Lemon slices
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Fish Market Coastal Blend Seasoning
For Pairing:
  • 4 oz wonton chips, salted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Gently mash the avocados with lemon juice, wasabi paste, coastal seasoning and sea salt, and fold in chopped parsley.
  2. Top with lump blue crab and sprinkle with fish market coastal blend seasoning and nori furikake spice.
  3. Garnish with sliced serrano peppers, parsley sprigs and lemon slices, and serve with wonton chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp H-E-B® Diced White Onions
  • 1 ½ tbsp Single-Serve Fresh Jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Single-Serve Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 fresh parsley sprigs, chopped
For Garnish:
  • 1 cup H-E-B® Beef Brisket, shredded
  • ¼ tsp H-E-B® Select Ingredients Brisket Rub Spice Blend
  • ¼ cup H-E-B® Select Ingredients Specialty Series Texas Style Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 tbsp small yellow onion, rings
  • 8 H-E-B® sliced mild jalapeños, grilled
For Pairing:
  • 4 oz H-E-B® Select Ingredients Kettle Cooked Original Potato Chips
  • 6 H-E-B® Pickle Me Dilley Hamburger Dill Chipz

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grill avocado onto a pre-heated char grill.
  2. Gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt and fold in onions, jalapeño peppers, cilantro and parsley.
  3. Place guacamole and shredded brisket side by side and then sprinkle shredded brisket with brisket rub seasoning over the top.
  4. Drizzle Texas BBQ sauce and garnish with onion and grilled jalapeños. Serve with potato chips and dill chips.
