Victory Guac
Kick off the Big Game with this delicious guacamole. Tee it up on tacos or dip fiery, rolled-corn tortilla chips into it. Just one taste and you’ll toss your arms up with a cry of, “It’s GOOOOOD!”
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 1 T. lime juice
  • 1 T. onion, minced
  • 1 t. jalapeño, minced
  • 1/4 t. salt
DIRECTIONS

  • 1. Scoop avocado pulp from shells into a medium bowl and mash with a fork, leaving some chunks.

    2. Gently stir in lime juice, hot sauce, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and salt.
